Push away the outside world,

First to the left,

Then to the right.

Draw a circle around yourself,

The chair you sit,

The house you live,

And say loudly, “nothing is to come into this space.”

Then relax,

Invite in the Divine.

And pull out all your unforgiven parts

to be burned in the fire of your love.
