Internal healing; a gardener’s ritual.
I reach to straighten the long draping flower of my inner core.
Using both hands I shift it slightly to the left. Once righted, I soften my hands to lift the pedals that had fallen, attaching them from my core to the inside of the top of my head.
Once returned, I feel the surge of God’s light beaming down.
With no obstructions, the way is clear from Grace to my heart through the channel of the head.
My scalp starts to tingle, as if my hairs are being moved by a slight whisper of breeze. I am done here.
My busy hands now move to my heart. With spray bottle in hand, I spray the lotus of my heart. The Soma nourishes the succulent petals, changing from brown to green.
I softly press them, as if pressing emollient onto the leaves, uncurling or just lovingly touching each section.
As with most gardeners, it brings me great satisfaction and love pours out.
