I stop to feel into the space of my heart.
The Universe resides there also.
My body is just an end point in this Universe.
The union of before me and the now of me.
We are both one.

A journey of the soul of a seeker.
Since 1984, I have been writing letters to friends, Gurus, Saints, and Teachers, seeking wisdom, guidance, and connection. Over time, I realized that I was truly writing to the Universe.
At first, I posted many of these letters, and some were answered. As my journey deepened, I came to understand that sending them mattered less than listening for what arose within me.
Eventually, I stopped sending them to anyone in particular. These pages are a record of years of questions, musings, and the quiet wisdom that has accompanied my spiritual exploration.
